Really good Location, Wonderful Staff!
really good location generous upgrade
The location is really good, right next to major attractions. The staff was very accommodating. I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The room itself was clean, and the housekeepers went the extra mile.
The hotel can be difficult to reach because of all the cobblestones in the neighborhood. It made navigating with luggage a bit challenging. A better system for arrivals would improve the experience.

The staff was helpful, courteous and pleasant. A particular staff member, Zeynal Gul, helped to direct me to a carpet shop and arranged a semi-private boat trip. Everyone was attentive and eager to assist me, no matter how busy.

spa facilities really good hospitality
the hotel kindly allowed luggage storage after checkout my flight was scheduled for 2 am. i was permitted to use the spa facilities for a shower. this hospitality was great.
some staff are beyond rude and ignorant they have zero understanding of privacy.

disturb sign privacy issues
the hotel location was acceptable, it was near hagia sofia.
the service was not good. staff walked into the room despite do not disturb signs. they also called for every little thing, this was annoying. i don't understand privacy issues.

the room had a beautiful design with turkish character (i especially liked the rugs). the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
counter space in the bathroom was limited, making it a bit challenging to manage personal items.

spacious room clean room reception staff high price slow service inconvenient location
the room was spacious and clean. i liked that the rooms were well-kept. i also found the reception staff pleasant. drivers of buggies were also very pleasant.
the price seemed high. i paid 1200 dollars for two nights per room. the service could have been faster. the location was inconvenient. you can't call an uber or get a taxi there.
